We have been in business for 25 years giving the public quality pets and service.
The staff at Family Pet is dedicated to the health and well being of our puppies. All of the breeders we buy puppies from are licensed and inspected by the USDA monthly. If they do not meet the USDA standards they will loose their license and we will no longer purchase puppies from them.
We do not buy from puppy mills and our customers can rest assured that we buy only top quality puppies from responsible breeders.

Our dedication to our puppies

All our babies are well groomed.
They are played with, exercised, and socialized several times a day. Bellies are tickled, tummies are rubbed, and kisses flow freely.
All our puppies are fed high quality puppy food.

What our puppies come with

  • All puppies have their first series of shots
  • Worming and follow up worming
  • A State of NH Health Certificate
  • Most puppies come with an implanted microchip to insure return if they are stolen or lost

Our guarantee

You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to return your puppy, if you feel you have made a wrong decision. A $200 fee will be charged to return your puppy. We discourage impulse buying and would like you to be sure of your decision before purchasing your puppy.

The puppy you purchase from us is warranted to be healthy at the time of purchase. We guarantee your puppy to be free from Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis, and or Corona Virus for a full fourteen days from the date of purchase. Should your Vet detect any of the above mentioned diseases within the fourteen day period immediately following your purchase, you must notify us and return the puppy within 48 hours of any such diagnosis. We will replace your puppy or issue a full refund. Additionally, written proof from the Vet along with all the original puppy paperwork must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Special orders

Customers must be aware that once a Special order puppy is purchased on your behalf there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Family Pet at no time will offer a cash refund but may, at our discretion, replace your special order puppy with another puppy. We advise the customer to make certain that the puppy that they choose is the puppy that they want.
The customer must be aware of our store policy and acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions.
